Barefoot Resort Love
A tradition of the Lowcountry shines through at the famous Barefoot Resort and the Love Course. As the name implies, Course designer Davis Love III, a native of the Carolinas, incorporates Southern plantation ruins with modern golf. For added challenge, Love has strategically placed the plantation ruins throughout holes 3-7. Unforgettable South Carolina golf for all skill sets is played at the Love Course.
The Lowcountry course features a striking resemblance to Pinehurst #2 at the 1999 U.S. Open with generous landing areas and green complexes. The Love Course is a par 72 and plays over 7,000 yards. Fairways and tees consist of a GN-1 hybrid turf. The approach areas consist of Tif-sport Bermuda grass, and the greens are Champion UltraDwarf. The Love Course is rated one of the best golf courses on the Grand Strand. While the course is playable by both skilled and beginner golfers, rewarding shots are made at hole 4 a split river design. Why play the Love Course? Many golfers continue to book the Love Course for their golf vacation to experience the unique drop-offs and undulating layouts.
Barefoot 25th Anniversary 4 Round: Book four rounds at Barefoot Resort to be played from March 13-26, 2025 and receive 30% off each round! Barefoot Four Round Offer must include 1 round of play on each of the 4 Barefoot Courses (Norman, Love, Fazio and Dye) and one round must be booked after 12:00pm. All rounds must be within the date range for the promotion to be valid. Book by January 15, 2025.

- PACE OF PLAY:
Please expect a 4 hour 30 minute pace of play. Pace of Play should not exceed 15 mins per hole or 4 hours and 30 minutes for 18 holes. Any groups falling way behind pace will be asked to skip a hole to provide for a better experience for other guests.
GROUP SIZE FOR TEE TIMES: All Players Should be Checked in Pro Shop and Ready to Play 30 Minutes Prior to Tee-Time. Any Group Player Count of Less than 4 in a Tee-Time Should Expect to be Paired to make a Group of 4. If Group is 1-2 Players Your Tee-Time is Subject to Change within 20 minutes of Original Tee Time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations require a 48 hour notice per tee time. (Any no shows or times cancelled within 48 hrs will be billed at the rate they were booked. Credit Card Guarantees Reservations. Full Payment will not be made until arrival. No Shows on Day of Play Will be Charged to Credit Card on File.
DRESS CODE: Proper golf attire is required. NO denim, tee shirts, or cut offs will be permitted on any of the courses.
OUTSIDE BEVERAGE POLICY: Personal coolers are not permitted to be brought onto the property. Alcohol not purchased from the golf club will be confiscated. Patrons not complying will be required to leave and fees forfeited.
2024 SUMMER MAINTENANCE: Fazio Course - June 3rd-7th, 2024, Dye Course - June 17th-21st, 2024, Norman Course - July 1st-6th, 2024, Love Course - July 22nd-26th, 2024 Please allow 10-12 days for healing!!
