The 2021 Myrtle Beach Golf Course of the Year, Eagle Nest Golf Course, consists of an unforgettable 18 holes located just north of Myrtle Beach in Little River, South Carolina. Eagle Nest is the longest golf course in all of South Carolina and has "the toughest 3 finishing holes on the grand strand." The course recently underwent renovations in order to create a more challenging atmosphere for avid golfers, while retaining the simplicity that average golfers enjoy. 
The perfect golfing weather allows players to enjoy Eagle Nest year-round no matter what time they visit Myrtle Beach. In the picture above, you will notice it is a fun par 3 that travels over a pond and a fountain into a green surrounded by bunkers on each side. This hole is consistently one of the favorites amongst local golfers.
The course is filled with beautiful swampy marsh and has an abundance of wildlife. You will be sure to see squirrels, birds, fish, and the occasional fox!
Because of it's convenient location right outside Myrtle Beach, many golfers like to play here because of it's easy access to highways, beaches, and other tourist attractions. Barefoot Landing, Cherry Grove, and other North Myrtle Beach attractions are only a few miles away from Eagle Nest in Little River.
